Karta stalego pobytu, or a permanent residence permit in Poland (permanent residence – permanent residence) is the next stage on the way to obtaining Polish citizenship.

Permanent residence is issued for an unlimited period, but every 10 years it must be replaced without the need to confirm the right to stay in the country. After staying in Poland for more than 3 years, you can apply for Polish citizenship.
